Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 calendar days, without giving any reason. This period is more generous than the minimum required under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), which grants consumers at least 14 days.

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 30 calendar days (including the 30th day) without justification. This right is granted in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and applies only to natural persons acting as consumers.

Conditions for returning a product:

• You can notify us of your intention to withdraw by email, by filling out the withdrawal form and sending it by post, or through our dedicated online form.
• If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the cost of returning the product.
• The returned product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you (in its original packaging, with all accessories and accompanying documentation).
• Products subject to withdrawal cannot be returned by cash on delivery; we are unable to accept cash-on-delivery returns.
• In the event of withdrawal, we may claim compensation from you for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, in order to cover the price difference from reselling the goods as second-hand.
• Reimbursement of the amount paid for the product will be completed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, in accordance with EU consumer protection rules.
• The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications, or clearly personalized for you.
